In vivo, a study performed on 60 volunteers with twice a day application of Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 for 84 days, showed significant visible reduction in the appearance of wrinkles (up to 350% improvement compare to placebo).

Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 showed a significantly higher efficacy than Pentapeptide in reducing the appearance of visible signs of ageing.
