Delivery Information


We offer a free delivery to any address worldwide with an order of £30.00 or above.

Small order(s) below £30.00 are subjected to an administration charge of £5.00 (for processing and postage).

We aim to process any order and dispatch the ordered item(s) within one to two working days. In case we run out of stock, we will send you an email notification within two working days.

All orders up to £200 are delivered through Royal Mail first class/Airmail recorded delivery.
All orders above £200 are delivered through Special Courier Service.

Delivery Timeframe:
For any destination in the UK, please allow 1-3 working days.
For any destination within Ireland and Europe, please allow 3-7 working days.
For the rest of the world, please allow 7-14 working days.

Please check whether you require an Import Licence in your country to receive Cosmetic and Personal Care products. To proceed with your order, Henry Tianus Limited requires you to confirm that you meet or are aware of requirements in your country and wish to continue with the order.

Please note that if our package is refused or returned or uncollected, the cost of actual shipping will be deducted from any refund.


Return Policy


We hope that you are happy with our products and services. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item for a refund within 7 days after you received the product. Please send an email to info@euro-henrytianus.com with detail information (product name, reason, your name and address).

On receipt of the returned goods we will refund you the amount paid for the goods as soon as possible, but in any event within 10 working days. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. To improve our service please let us know the reason for returning any goods.

Please note that if you bought a Henry Tianus product from another retailer, you should always check their return policy. Henry Tianus Limited can not offer refund for any product bought from another retailer.
