ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once we received your order and full payment, we will process your order within one to two working days. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this within two working days (our working day: Monday-Thursday: 10.00 am - 6pm; Friday: 10.00am - 5pm). If you require any information concerning your order please email us at info@euro-henrytianus.com with your detail order. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or for any reason given to you at a time. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will issue a full refund for any rejected order(s) within three working days from receiving your order and full payment.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order within two working days (our working day: Monday-Thursday: 9.00 am - 5pm; Friday: 9.00am - 4pm) or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the ‘cancellation right’ section below, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Return Procedure below.


INSPECTION
You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.


PAYMENT
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro and American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. The cardholders address must match the information held by the issuing authority. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Henry Tianus Limited, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.


CANCELLATION RIGHT
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our Returns section. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. You can submit your cancellation notice by email to our Customer Services department at info@euro-henrytianus.com.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


RETURN PROCEDURE
We hope that you are happy with our products and services. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any items in its original condition for a refund within 7 days after you received the product(s) that you intend to return back to us. Please send an email to info@euro-henrytianus.com with details (product name, reason, your name and address), within 7 days after you received the product(s) that you intend to return back to us.

On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods within two working days (our working day: Monday-Thursday: 9.00 am - 5pm; Friday: 9.00am - 4pm). We do not refund the initial delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. To improve our service please let us know the reason for returning any goods.

Postage Rate:

Currently, we ship our products to any address in the United Kingdom and overseas.

We aim to process any order and dispatch the ordered item(s) within one to two working days. In case we run out of stock, we will send you an email notification within two working days.

Order(s) above £10.00 (excluding delivery cost) are delivered through the Royal Mail first class/Airmail recorded delivery (a signature is required), at a flat rate of £4.50. Order(s) above £50 will be delivered for free of charge, worldwide.
Small order(s) (up to £ 10.00 excluding delivery cost) are delivered through Royal Mail first class/Airmail unrecorded delivery, at a flat rate of £ 4.50.


Timeframe:
For any destination in the UK, please allow 1-3 working days.
For any destination within Ireland and Europe, please allow 3-7 working days.
For the rest of the world, please allow 7-14 working days.
