Delivery and Returns
FREE RECORDED DELIVERY
We provide a free recorded delivery on all orders with destination addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 5.00pm are usually dispatched on the next working day through our delivery partners in the UK and overseas. All customers will receive a tracking number for the delivery.
For international (non-UK) customers: Due to the international regulation on alcohol-based products such as perfumes, we can’t ship perfumes to an address outside the United Kingdom. For non-alcohol based products, we provide a free recorded delivery to more than 40 countries such as USA, European countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong and many other countries.

How long does a delivery take after we dispatched the order?
UK & CHANNEL ISLANDS: 1 to 3 working days (1st Class)
INTERNATIONAL: 3 to 15 working days or longer depending on the custom clearance process in the destination country.
Returns
We offer customers a refund if they are not happy with their order. Email our Customer Support within 14 days of receiving the product(s) and we will respond it within 3 working days. We will issue a refund within ten (10) working days.
