FREE RECORDED DELIVERY

We provide a free recorded delivery on all orders with destination addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 5.00pm are usually dispatched on the next working day through our delivery partners in the UK. All customers will receive a tracking number for the delivery via email.

For international (non-UK) customers: Due to the international regulation on alcohol-based products such as perfumes, we can’t ship perfumes to an address outside the United Kingdom.

How long does a delivery take after we dispatched the order?

UK & CHANNEL ISLANDS: 1 to 3 working days (1st Class)

We offer customers a refund if they are not happy with their order. Email our Customer Support within 14 days of receiving the product(s) and we will respond it within 3 working days. We will issue a refund within ten (10) working days.
